Is it really free to post?
Posting and comparing offers are free. A booking fee applies only when you accept an offer, and it is shown on every offer beforehand so the total is never a surprise. A yearly membership removes it.
When am I charged?
When you accept an offer. Stripe processes your card and the money is released to the tasker only when you confirm the task is complete.
What if the tasker doesn't turn up?
Cancel the task and you are refunded in full to your card. We also record the no-show against the tasker's completion rate.
Can I talk to taskers before hiring?
Yes. Ask questions publicly on the task, or message anyone who has made an offer. Contact details are exchanged automatically once you hire.
How are taskers checked?
Email, phone and payout details are verified for everyone. ID verification (document plus selfie) is required before a tasker can be paid. DBS, trade registration, waste-carrier and insurance badges are checked by our team.
