Cancellation & refunds

Before the task starts: either side can cancel free of charge. The poster is refunded in full to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 working days.

After work has started: open a dispute rather than cancelling. A human reviews evidence from both sides and decides on a full release, full refund or a split within 5 working days.

Consumer cancellation rights: if you are a consumer, you have 14 days from acceptance to cancel a distance contract for services. By asking for the service to begin within that period you agree to pay a proportionate amount for work done before you cancel. A model cancellation form is included in your acceptance email.

No-shows: if a tasker does not attend, cancel and you are refunded in full. If a poster is not available at the agreed time, the tasker may withdraw without penalty.
