Reviews policy

Last updated 6 September 2026. These documents are a launch draft and should be reviewed by a solicitor.

In line with the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 and the CMA's guidance on fake reviews:

• Only the poster and tasker on a completed, paid task can review each other, once per task.
• Reviews are hidden until both have submitted or 14 days have passed, so neither can be written in response to the other.
• We never pay, discount or otherwise incentivise reviews, and we do not allow taskers to.
• We ask everyone for a review, not just those likely to be positive, and we do not remove reviews because they are negative.
• We remove reviews that are fake, written by the reviewed party or their associates, abusive, or unrelated to the task, and we recalculate ratings when we do.
• Ratings from other platforms that a tasker chooses to display are shown separately, with the source, the date we checked them, and a link. They are not counted in our rating and are not verified by us beyond checking the public page.
• Suspected fake reviews can be reported. Repeat offenders are removed.
